Note for ALL Classes: NO JEWELRY with the exception of small stud earrings will be permitted in any class. This includes but is not limited to watches, Apple watches, necklaces, bracelets, hoop earrings, and dangle earrings.

If a student wishes to drop all classes and completely withdraw from CAD a withdrawal form must be completed. Please click the button below to download the form and read further details on the withdrawal process.
*NOTE* A withdrawal form is not required if a student wishes to drop a class from their schedule as long as they are still enrolled in at least one other class. If you wish to drop a class, please email [email protected] or stop by the front desk.
